Organizers: artexpo Foundation in collaboration with the Romanian Association of Publishers -  AER, the Romanian Association of Professional Writers - ASPRO, and ArCuB - the Center for Cultural Projects of the City of Bucharest, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the City of Bucharest.
Collaboration with: Media partners: B24 FUN magazine, „Observator Cultural” review, „22” review ,  „Ziua” daily and „Cotidianul” daily. Sole TV partner: TVR Cultural Channel.
Partners: RDS - Internet and Telephone Services Provider, UTI Grup/Cobra Security.

Rent for a furnished place: the equivalent in local currency of $ 60/square meter for the Romanian publishers, and $ 100/square meter for the foreign participants; $ 80/square meter for foreign book agents in Romania.
Number of participants: 238, of which 49 foreign; countries represented: Czech Republic, France, Germany, Israel, Republic of Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Latin American countries having diplomatic representations in Romania, the United Kingdom, the USA, Hungary.
